The very lovely 'Alchemy' is now moored alongside downtown San Diego's Fifth Avenue Landing.

Commissioned in 1970 by Mr. Eugene Dixon and built by @feadship at their De Kaag shipyard, the 'Alchemy' was first christened the 'Intent.' She was, at the time, one of the largest yachts in the US. Since then 'Alchemy', as she is now known, has been run by several very well known mega-yacht captains. 'Alchemy' was last refitted in 2008. Exterior design and engineering are the work of De Voogt Naval Architects. Interior design by Robin Rose & Associates.

Feadship 'Alchemy' features a full displacement steel hull, an aluminum superstructure, and teak decks.
